Delectable set and a la carte menus are on offer to make every gathering and reunion a memorable Blue Lotus occasion.

Diners can lo hei at each restaurant with the signature Blue Lotus Yu Sheng, featuring Norwegian smoked salmon and Sakura Ebi, with 10 herbs and vegetables, two aromatic spices, three types of nuts, salmon skin and silver bait and crispy rice vermicelli, dressed in spring-onion-infused olive oil and wild honey yuzu dressing. Available for dine-in and takeaway at $48++ (4-6pax) & $68++ (6-10pax)

The delicious Slow Roast Spanish-Style Suckling Pig is available for order from all Blue Lotus restaurants, priced at $238++.

Blue Lotus is also selling its artisanal Nian Gao Goodies in beautifully presented 4-tier tingkat tin boxes at $38+ each. Available at all restaurants, the tingkat box is a reflection of nostalgic “golden-oldie” times and is ideal as a Chinese New Year gift.
